A Welcoming Day is when everything comes together. Dozens of volunteers arrive at an empty apartment and — in a single day — transform it into a fully furnished home for a family transitioning out of homelessness.
Your sponsorship helps fund the furnishings, supplies, and coordination that make that day possible. It's more than a donation. It's a home.

Sponsor a Starter Kit
Give someone their first good night's sleep.
A Starter Kit is a package of essential household items — new bedding and towels, cookware, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils, and other home basics — delivered to a resident about a month before their Welcoming Day.
It means they can get a good night's sleep, prepare a meal, and take a shower right away. Groups of colleagues, co-workers, friends, or family can come together to sponsor a kit.
